Tomorrow, Tuesday, November 8th, is Election Day, and I encourage you to exercise your right to participate in the democratic process by going to the polls and casting your vote.
Your vote is particularly important because judicial, countywide and municipal elected officials play a huge role in the day-to-day lives of their constituents. Electing the right local leadership is critical for preserving our schools, neighborhoods and communities.
This year, two highly qualified candidates are running for statewide judicial positions.Vic Stabile, running for the Pennsylvania Superior Court, is a former Deputy Attorney General and a highly regarded attorney known for his integrity and temperament.Anne Covey, candidate for the Commonwealth Court, has more than 25 years of legal experience. A Bucks County native, Anne was the first female member of the Pennsylvania Labor Relations Board. Anne has an intellect and work ethic that will make her an excellent judge.
Please take a moment to visit the website of your county Republican Party to learn more about the candidates running for local office. The GOP slates in all three counties are exceptionally strong this year:
Delaware County | Chester County | Montgomery County
If you're unsure of where to vote, click here to visit the Pennsylvania Department of State’s website to locate your polling place.
See you at the polls!
