Tomorrow is Primary Election Day in Pennsylvania, and I want to encourage you to go to the polls and vote. This Primary will be an important barometer of the intensity and enthusiasm of Republican voters here in Pennsylvania. A strong turnout tomorrow will show the country there is a groundswell of grassroots support here in Pennsylvania for our agenda to strengthen our economy and balance our budget.
I want to ask you to support the candidates running for delegate to the Republican National Convention. These candidates are:
Robert J. Willert
Andy Lewis
Patricia A. Booker
Michael V. Puppio
I also encourage you to support the endorsed candidates running for Alternate Delegate:
Katherine Wood Jacobs
Elizabeth A. Salvucci
John Egan
Carolyn Bunny Welsh
The delegates elected tomorrow will not only play a role in selecting the presidential nominee -- they will also play a crucial part in determining the Republican Party platform. I know each of these candidates well and they're all strong, consistent conservatives that will represent the 7th District ably at the national convention this fall.
Polls will be open from 7am until 8pm. If you're unsure about where to vote, please click here to visit the Pennsylvania Department of State website where you can find your polling place.
See you at the polls tomorrow!
