Thank You

As the results came in on Tuesday evening, I was overwhelmed by the outpouring of support I received from the voters in the 7th District. Tuesday's results sent a vivid message: Pennsylvania is ready for a change in course from Washington’s big-spending, job-killing ways.
I particularly want to thank the committee people and volunteers across the 7th District that took time away from their jobs and families to work polling places, hand out literature and go door-to-door in support of our candidates. Your hard work gives our party the grassroots strength we need to compete and win.
With the Primary behind us, we now begin to look forward to the General Election. We have a long summer and fall of hard work ahead of us, but I’m excited to continue building relationships in both the current and new areas of the 7th District. I’d like to ask for your help to do this.
We’re always on the lookout for opportunities to meet constituents. If you know of any events planned in your community that would be beneficial for me to attend, or if you’re willing to help me by hosting a meet-and-greet with your friends and neighbors in the 7th District, please contact my office at (484) 443-8389& or info@meehanforcongress.com.
We’ll also soon be beginning our door-to-door and phonebanking effort. If you’re interested in volunteering to help me reach out to voters, please click here.
This week, we learned that Nancy Pelosi put the 7th District on her "Red-to-Blue" list of targeted districts that could lead the Democrats back to a majority this fall. It's a powerful reminder of the importance of the fight ahead -- if Nancy Pelosi is going to retake the Speaker's Gavel, she's going to have to defeat me. With your continued support over the next several months, I'm confident we'll be victorious in the fall.
Thank you again for your continued support.
Sincerely,
Congressman Pat Meehan
