We Need Real Healthcare Reform
No CommentsPosted on June 28th, 2012 5:33 pm
By now you've heard about the Supreme Court's ruling on the health care law. The ruling made one thing clear: the Democrats' health care law will lead to the largest tax increase in American history.
We can do health care reform right. But since the Democrats' law was passed, health care costs have gone up, not down. The cost of the law itself has more than doubled. It cuts Medicare, jeopardizes coverage people already have and places burdens on job creators. We can do better, and it will take all of us to do so.
We need real health care reform -- common sense measures that will expand access to care and lower costs for families. I'm committed to working in support of these policies, but I need your help. Please consider clicking here to volunteer your time to man phone banks or go door to door on my behalf.
Today's ruling isn't the end of the health care reform debate. The November election is our last chance to roll back Obamacare's most harmful provisions and implement real, meaningful reforms to lower costs, expand access, and protect your relationship with your doctor from government interference.
